Common questions
Why is my toilet running constantly?
Usually a worn inlet valve or a flush seal that no longer closes properly. It’s a quick fix, and a running toilet can waste a surprising amount of water every day.
Can I buy my own tapware?
Yes. Check it’s WaterMark certified so it’s legal to install in Australia, or we can supply quality fittings with a warranty.
Can I fix a dripping tap myself?
Sometimes. Washers are simple on older taps, but modern mixers use cartridges and a poor fix can mean a bigger leak. If in doubt, call us.
